A Bit About Me

I am a Registered Art Psychotherapist who trained in Sydney, Australia; where for twelve years I ran an art therapy studio for young people and adults experiencing serious mental health issues.

I also have experience as an associate lecturer and supervisor for art therapy trainees.

Since moving to the UK in 2009, I have worked in community mental health services for the NHS.

I specialise in depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, trauma, low self esteem, stress, bullying, panic attacks, trauma from abuse, paranoid thoughts, hearing voices, self harm and suicidal thoughts.

I also offer Art Therapy Supervision to trainees and students.

I have trained in the trauma treatment EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and I am currently the treasurer for the Kent EMDR regional group. I have also trained in Brainspotting which is a gentle and bespoke technique aimed to address stress and trauma.
