What happens if I need
You can always cancel a booked session if
you provide more than 24 hours notice prior to the session’s starting time to receive a full refund. If you have to cancel less than 24 hours before your session, that session is non-refundable.
I urge you to send a message explaining the reasons for the cancellation and to schedule a new appointment.
How Long will it take?
Each session lasts between 50 – 60 minutes. Clients tend to have therapy sessions at the same time once a week, particularly at the beginning when regular support is crucial. The total length of
a course of therapy will depend on each person’s unique situation. Some people need only a few sessions to gain a new level of clarity around a particular issue, generally more sessions are
needed for a deeper exploration.

to suit you. Over time, clients can sense the frequency and number of sessions that best fit with the stage of their own personal process.
